Weekend Admission Staff
We are looking for Gate Staff to join our team, ensuring a smooth and professional entry process for visitors. This role requires individuals who are reliable, customer-focused, and able to handle high volumes of guests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and provide a friendly first point of contact.
- Scan and check admission tickets upon entry.
- Sell tickets and event programmes as required.
- Ensure only valid ticket holders gain access to the venue.
- Handle cash transactions securely and accurately.
- Maintain a professional and well-presented appearance.
- Work efficiently under your own initiative and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Weekend availability is essential, with early starts and occasional late finishes.
- Strong customer service skills – polite, approachable, and helpful.
- Trustworthiness for cash handling and ticket sales.
- Reliability and the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
