Thunder 650 arrives at Lydden Hill on 22 & 23 August, bringing a full weekend of exciting wheel-to-wheel oval racing and American-inspired entertainment to the circuit.
With action on track, an open paddock, American cars, live country music, family entertainment, free entry for 13s and under, free parking and plenty more, there’s loads to see and do across the weekend!
RACING ON TRACK
Wheel-to-Wheel Oval Racing
Thunder 650 brings a full weekend of fast, close and unpredictable oval racing, with five classes taking to the track across the weekend.
Expect plenty of wheel-to-wheel action as drivers battle it out for every position around the oval.
When the cars aren’t racing, head into the open paddock to get a closer look at the cars, teams and drivers before the action gets back underway.

Our annual Hotdog Eating Competition returns on Sunday at 12pm! Eat as many as you can in 5 minutes, with a trophy for the winner.

Bouncy Castle
Kids can let loose on our FREE bouncy castle, with plenty of bouncing, jumping and fun throughout the weekend.
