Lord of Lydden and Sidecar Burn Up returns in 2026 to celebrate 60 years of motorcycle and sidecar racing at Lydden Hill, bringing a weekend of modern and classic motorcycles, sidecars and off-track entertainment to the circuit.

With racing on track, motorcycle displays, trade stands, kids’ entertainment and live music on Saturday evening, there’s plenty to see and do throughout the weekend as we celebrate six decades of Lord of Lydden and Sidecar Burn Up.

Racing on track

Lord of Lydden brings together modern and classic solo motorcycles and sidecars for a weekend of full-throttle racing around one of the UK’s most famous circuits. Expect close, fast-paced racing throughout the weekend, with riders and crews taking on the unique challenge of Lydden Hill.

Bring your classic bike along and be part of our 60th anniversary celebration. We're inviting owners of motorcycles built before 2000 to display their machines at the event, from iconic classics to bikes with a story of their own.

Whether it's a much-loved road bike, a rare machine or a restoration project, we'd love to see it.

Camping

Stay right here at Lydden Hill and enjoy the event all weekend, with a choice of camping options available on site. Under-13s camp free.

Each pitch measures 10m x 8m and can accommodate up to 6 adults, with space for your tent, caravan or motorhome.

Camping opens from 12.30pm on Friday and remains open throughout the weekend, closing one hour after the final race on Sunday.
