In accepting a press pass which enables me to move outside the approved closures at any race, rallycross, sprint meeting or show at Lydden Hill Race
Circuit, I acknowledge the risks to myself in the use of this press pass. Furthermore, in consideration of the facilities granted to me, for which passes are
issued, I agree to save harmless and keep indemnified the organisers of the event for which passes are issued, Lydden Hill Race Circuit, The Motor sports
Association or Auto Cycle Union (as the case may be) and their respective officials, servants, representatives, agents, drivers, riders and passengers, from
and against all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death, injury, loss of damage to the person or property itself not withstanding
that the same may have contributed to or occasioned by negligence of the said bodies, their officials agents, servants, representatives, drivers, riders or
passengers. Further, I agree to act in accordance with the instructions of the officials of the said race, rallycross, sprint meeting or show.
Please be aware that this press pass does not entitle the holder to sell pictures whilst at the circuit. Anyone found selling pictures may have their press pass
withdrawn.
You must sign on at the circuit office for any event, at which point you will be issued with a Lydden Hill Press vest, this must be worn at all times and the
holder must adhere to instructions of marshals and officials.
By accepting a press pass, you agree to display the Lydden Hill Race Circuit logo on any pictures taken at the circuit, available by contacting
events@lyddenhill.co.uk
I have read the conditions above and agree to be bound by them. In addition, I confirm that I hold public liability insurance with an indemnity limit of not
less than £5,000,000 covering my attendance at Lydden Hill Race Circuit (which will be provided) including those ‘trackside’. I also confirm that I am over 18
years of age.
