Lydden Legend Returns for 2027

We’ll be back in August 2027 for the next Lydden Legend Festival, with another weekend of historic rallycross and rally action at Lydden Hill.

The full date will be confirmed following the release of the international motorsport calendar. More details coming soon.

Lydden Legend celebrates the cars, drivers and stories that have shaped rallycross from its earliest days to the modern era.

Held at Lydden Hill, the birthplace of rallycross since 1967, the festival was launched in 2024 as the UK sister event to France’s renowned Loheac Legend Festival. Following successful editions in both 2024 and 2026, the event has established itself as a gathering for historic rallycross and rally machinery from across the UK and Europe.

Created in partnership with the team behind the Loheac Legend Festival and the Rallycross Legends Show, Lydden Legend brings together iconic cars, legendary drivers and passionate enthusiasts in a celebration of the sport’s heritage.

From Group B icons and classic four-wheel-drive rallycross cars to legendary machines from throughout the sport’s history, Lydden Legend offers fans the chance to experience rallycross heritage where it all began.
