Reporting to and under the supervision of the Site Operations Manager, your main responsibilities will be as follows: Ensure compliance with health & safety of self, team and customers together with the security of vehicles and buildings. To efficiently carry out maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning and general site/property maintenance and repairs. To ensure that maintenance jobs delegated by the Site Operations Manager are attended to promptly, report all breakdowns, breakages and damages, maintain all machinery and equipment. Ensure the security and safety of equipment at all times, clear electricity posts and maintain outlets. To ensure that grounds are kept neat and tidy at all times, which will include extensive gardening duties. Any Ad-hoc duties as required. Candidates must be reliable and the ability to work on your own initiative is essential. Seasonal weekend work will be required. Salary dependant on age and experience.
