The final round of the Motorsport UK British Rallycross Championship 5 Nations Trophy Presented by Cooper Tires on 23rd of January 2021. For the moment, this event is being run behind closed doors, however as the situation.

We are excited to host our first rallycross event of 2021 with the final round of the 2020 5 Nations British Rallycross Championship that sees a number of contenders for the chmapionship title across nearly all of our classes.

In the Supercar class the top three are all within 5 points of one another, with rallycross newcomer Mark Donnelly currently occupying the top spot following strong performances in the 1st and 2nd round but mechanical gremlins as well as some bad luck resulting in him only taking three points in round 3. Donnelly is followed closely by Team RX Racing’s Ollie O’Donovan who stacked up well against the World Rallycross drivers that joined the grid as he gained 7 points in round 3 to come only 2 points from the championship leader.

The positions for the top two drivers in the junior class is split by just one point leaving everything to play for at round 4. Local boy Tom Ovenden is just ahead of Luke Constantine thanks to a great result in the round 1 final but two consecutive 2nd places behind Constantine makes the championship tables very close coming into round 4 where every result will matter.

Safety is the prime concern of Lydden Hill and 5 Nations BRX, so all government guidance is being monitored and there will be regular updates.
