Getting to the circuit – Use CT4 6RY on your sat nav

This weekend we are excited to be reopening the new tarmac entrance road with thanks to Ovenden Allworks for the tarmac work.
Access to the circuit will now be via our new entrance on Geddinge Lane, just off of the A2 at the Shepherdswell crossroads, the new entrance is for all visitors to the circuit during the week and for every event including the Easter weekend 5 Nations BRX opening rounds next week. Use CT4 6RY in your sat nav.

All visitors to the circuit must now enter via the A2 only and are not to travel through the village of Wootton or try to use the previous entrance on Dumbrill Hill.
The former entrance gate on Dumbrill Hill will be used as an exit only on larger spectator events to ease queues when leaving an event.

  • All traffic will use the new entrance road, please use CT4 6RY for directions. Access to the circuit is via the A2 only, road closures will be in place and there will not be any access to the circuit via the country lanes.
  • When travelling to the circuit from the Canterbury direction, do not turn right into the circuit at the Coxhill traffic lights, instead follow signage and use the u-turn at the next set of lights. Do not travel towards Lydden village but instead re-join the A2 Canterbury bound and take the next left to Lydden Hill Race Circuit.
  • Once on the access road, please use both lanes to que and do not leave large gaps in front of you. If you are VIP, Media, Officials, Team members, Marshals or need disabled parking then please merge into the left lane when you can to be directed towards the paddock.
  • Additional overflow parking on flat ground is available and will be opened as and when required, when in use visitors will first park and then enter the circuit via foot gates. Only park in this field if directed to do so by a member of the traffic management team.
